Welcome to Realtor Mom Odessa’s booking policies. These guidelines ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for all involved. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all offerings, including the Sales Mastery Bootcamp, Master Sales Team Leadership Workshop, Customer Service Excellence Workshop, and Free Property Consultation & Viewing. Booking and Confirmation Bookings are confirmed upon payment (if applicable) and receipt of an email from Realtor Mom Odessa. Please review your details and inform us immediately of any issues. Booking and Cancellation Workshops/Training Sessions: Book at least 7 days in advance. Cancel 7 days prior for a full refund. Free Property Consultation & Viewing: Book 24–48 hours in advance. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-Minute and Group Bookings Workshops/Training: Last-minute bookings accepted up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Group bookings require a minimum of 15 participants. Consultation & Viewing: Last-minute bookings accepted up to 24 hours before, based on availability. No-Show and Rescheduling Workshops/Training: Missed sessions without notice will be rescheduled to the next available slot, subject to availability. Consultation & Viewing: No-shows will be moved to the next available time slot. Reschedule workshops up to 3 days before and consultations up to 24 hours in advance. Payment and Refunds Payments accepted via GCash, wire transfers, bank transfers, and cash. Refunds processed within 14–21 business days. Special Considerations Time Zones: Sessions follow Philippine time, with adjustments for international clients available. Changes by Realtor Mom Odessa: If we need to reschedule or cancel, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or reschedule. Legal Considerations Liability: Realtor Mom Odessa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. By booking, you release us from any related claims. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Philippine law. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
